To activate a user to Microsoft member ship page.
- Login the membership page (https://partners.microsoft.com/partnerprogram/PartnerMembershipCenter.aspx)
- Go to requirements & Assets - Invite People to Associate
- The Go to invite Multiple People.
- Then in type the email address or addresses and click Approve Invitees
- Then there will be URL generated in the bottom.
- Copy and send the Invitation URL to the User.
